The iconic Portland Head Light sits on the rocky coastline of Cape Elizabeth, Maine. She has stood the test of time since 1791, serving as a beacon of hope, guiding ships safely into the harbor. Photographing this beautiful scene on an October morning filled my heart with pure joy. Many who share the love of the New England coastline have traveled long distances to experience the same vantage point, breathing in the salt air and watching the waves crash into the cove as the beauty of Maine unfolds.

I feel extraordinarily blessed to have captured this beautiful lighthouse scene as I reflect on this memorable Autumn morning, exploring Maine. I hope my image inspires you to travel to this beautiful state or reminds you of your own special memories from New England.
